Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any Streamora service.

Streamora ("we", "us", "the Service") is an IPTV subscription reseller that provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related streaming media via Internet Protocol (IPTV). We operate as a reseller and do not originate, produce, or host the underlying content.
Upon purchase of a subscription plan you receive a set of credentials (M3U URL and/or Xtream Codes panel login) that grant access to the stream catalogue for the duration of your subscription period. No physical goods are shipped.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a subscription. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide (name, email address) is accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Do not share your M3U link or login details publicly or with parties outside your household. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section without prior notice and without refund.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We currently accept cryptocurrency via our payment processor. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
Because IPTV subscriptions are digital goods that are delivered and activated immediately upon payment confirmation, subscriptions are non-refundable once your credentials have been issued except as described in our Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider after receiving your credentials is considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account subject to a chargeback and to take further action where permitted by law.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive an email reminder before your subscription expires. You may renew manually from your account dashboard.
We may offer a free 24-hour trial line at our discretion. Trial lines are limited to one per person, per email address, per household. Abuse of the trial system (e.g. registering multiple accounts to obtain repeated free access) will result in all associated accounts being banned permanently.
We target a 99.9 % uptime SLA. However, streams may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, regional blackouts, or events outside our control (including sporting event blackouts mandated by broadcasters).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Streamora, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN ANY CASE OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Streamora IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The Streamora name, logo, and website design are our property. You may not use them without prior written permission. You acknowledge that the streaming content made available through the Service is owned by third-party rights holders and is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include (but are not limited to): violation of the Acceptable Use policy, fraudulent chargebacks, or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or to the Service.
Upon termination your credentials will be deactivated. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription that was terminated due to policy violations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where Streamora is registered. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
